We have no strict minimum, but embroidery becomes cost-effective at 6+ pieces due to digitizing setup. For very small orders (1-5 pieces), we may recommend heat transfer or direct-to-garment printing as more economical alternatives.
Vector formats work best: AI, EPS, or PDF. High-resolution PNG files (300dpi+) also work. Our team will digitize your logo into an embroidery file (.DST) at no extra charge. Once digitized, we store it for easy reordering.
Yes, there is a one-time digitizing fee ($25-75 depending on complexity) to convert your logo into an embroidery file. This is a one-time charge—once digitized, you can reorder anytime with no additional setup fees.
We recommend 6-8 thread colors maximum for best results. Complex designs with gradients or photo elements don't translate well to embroidery. Our design team will simplify your logo if needed and send a proof for approval.
Embroidery has limitations on small text. We recommend text be at least 0.25" tall (about 1/4 inch) for legibility. For tiny details, we may suggest enlarging the design or using a different printing method. We'll advise during the proofing stage.

Our standard embroidery area is up to 5" x 5" for most garments. We can do larger designs on jackets (up to 12" wide on the back). For oversized logos, we may recommend a combination of embroidery and printing.
